Farm and Land Management Planning
A Farm Management Plan is a document to assist in future plans and how to achieve ideas.
It includes existing layout maps of paddocks or crop, access tracks, water supply, environmental areas, buildings and landscape and also any proposed changes.
The plan includes soil tests, water tests and supply and recommendations for improvement.
It will also include indicative budgets and expenditures to achieve the changes.
If the Farm Management Plan is a requirement for a planning permit it is written to address all planning schemes and overlays in a format that is suitable for planning departments and councils and to ensure that the enterprise complies with those planning provisions.
Farm Management plans typically take 4 - 5 weeks to compile as soil tests require 2 weeks to analyse.
